Utility Connect is proud to announce that we have been appointed to manage the utility connections for an exciting new residential development in Dundee.
Working on behalf of George Martin Builders, our team will oversee the delivery of electricity and water connections for a new build project comprising 49 flats for Hillcrest. The development is located on the site of the former Social Security offices on Gellatly Street, right in the heart of the city.
This latest contract highlights Utility Connect’s ongoing role in supporting key residential projects across Tayside and beyond. Our experienced team will manage the full utility connections process, from initial investigations and negotiations through to securing and coordinating the final connections on site.
