Utility Connect Scotland is proud to announce its continued sponsorship of three local junior football clubs, Lochee United, Linlithgow Rose, and Tayport FC, as the 2025/26 season begins this weekend.
With decades of experience in delivering gas, water, and electricity, Utilities Connect Scotland is equally committed to supporting the communities it serves through grassroots football.
Lochee United: Away Shirt Sponsors
Lochee United, a historic Dundee club competing in the SJFA Midlands League, takes centre stage in Utility Connect Scotland’s football partnerships. As the official away shirt sponsor for the 2025/26 season, the company’s logo will be prominently displayed on the Bluebells’ kits. This sponsorship builds on previous support, including match sponsorships and other initiatives. “We’re thrilled to back Lochee United as they head into the new season,” said Jim Kelly, Managing Director of Utility Connect Scotland. “Their passion and community spirit connect with our values, and we’re excited to see them play at Thomson Park.”
Linlithgow Rose and Tayport FC
Utility Connect Scotland is also supporting Linlithgow Rose, a Scottish Lowland League side, as their back-of-shirt sponsor for the 2025/26 season. For Tayport FC, Utility Connect Scotland has been a long-standing supporter, sponsoring the club’s away kit since at least 2021 and contributing to various club initiatives. Both clubs benefit from the company’s commitment to enhancing local football.
As the season kicks off this weekend, Utility Connect Scotland extends its best wishes to all three teams. “We’re rooting for Lochee United, Linlithgow Rose, and Tayport to have a fantastic season,” Jim Kelly added. “These clubs bring pride to their communities, and we’re honoured to support their journey.”
